Some of Sweden's most highly acclaimed and experienced musicians, under the steady leadership of drummer Robin Waernquist and singer/guitarist Anders Eriksson, began sketching out a genuine and truly great Springsteen tribute during a tour.
Now, the dream has become a reality, and after a successful concert in Visby in autumn 2023, THE PROMISED BAND is embarking on a nationwide tour.
Here we have an extremely competent eight-member band that is passionate about capturing the energy, honesty, and power that characterize Springsteen's music. With precision and love, they revive all the legendary songs that have touched millions of people worldwide.
Skilled instrumentalists, known from numerous contexts, captivate the audience with their precise musical performances. Each song, from the epic "Born to Run" to the moving "The River," is performed with such precision and emotion that you can almost feel the magic on stage.
