Exhibition - Tree stories!
Exhibition at Blekinge Museum for children. Crafts, art, history, facts, games and tree magic in the museum courtyard this summer!
The two stately yew trees that stand guard over Grevagården are said to have been there since the garden was laid out in the early 18th century. If so, the trees provide a unique, living link to the early history of our World Heritage site. This summer, we’ll be turning our gaze to these and all the other trees around us, and listen to their stories of shipbuilding, forgotten trades, biodiversity, forest magic and the superpowers of trees. The museum courtyard is being filled with fun games, creative activities and fact-finding missions for young and old alike.
