Pax Baltica 2024


Pax Baltica has been arranged in Karlskrona since the mid-1980s. It has become known as one of Sweden's most qualified recurring events with the motto "Discussions on peace and security around the Baltic Sea". Welcome to Karlskrona Concert Hall, Thursday 3 October, 13.00 - 17.00.

Open lectures in Karlskrona Concert Hall on safety and security in uncertain times:
- Magnus Hjort: Director General of the Swedish Psychological Defence Agency speaks about: Undue influence on information
- Jens Petersson: Acting Secretary-General of the Swedish UN Association, speaks on: A world without war crimes
- Ina Strazdina: TV journalist from Latvia talks about: Russian war in Ukraine through the eyes of a journalist
- Emil Knustsson, Student at the Master's Programme in Computer Security at Blekinge Institute of Technology talks about: Cybersecurity

The day after, discussions will follow at the Naval Museum. Registration is required.
