- Friday, August 7 Kids Swimrun/852 Swimrun:
The Swimrun party starts on Friday, August 7 at 5 p.m. with Kids Swimrun (852 Swimrun) at Dragsö. You can try out the concept with a 852 m lap course, where you can do as many laps as you want in an hour.
- Saturday, August 8, 1852 Swimrun:
The most social and spectacular swimrun competition will showcase the atmosphere and a whole new arena experience at Dragsö in 2026.
The competition is probably the only one that suits beginners and elite athletes alike.
The course stretches around Dragsö's winding paths, past the campsite, through the troll trail, and swims from both the northern bathing area and across Dragsö's large bathing area.

Participants meet at Havsviken's restaurant, https://www.havsviken.se, at 8:00 a.m. on Dragsö, and the race starts at 8:52 a.m. just outside the restaurant towards Dragsö's bathing area.
The competition class is solo class and has the same rules as before, i.e. competitors must complete the 1852 m course before the time limit of 18 minutes and 52 seconds expires. When the time is up, the next lap starts and anyone who has not reached the finish line before then is eliminated from the competition or starts over in the exercise/youth class.
From the 4th lap, the last person to cross the finish line will also be eliminated from the competition or will start over in the exercise/youth class.
Just like last year, there will be a sprint prize on every 4th lap for the person who crosses the finish line first.
The competition will continue until 6:52 p.m. at the latest, or until there are only two competitors left to compete in the final. New for 2026 is that there will also be a women's final corresponding to the one that concludes the entire 1852 swimrun competition.
The fitness/youth class has the same course as the competition class, but must complete each lap in no more than 28 minutes and 18 seconds, at which point the next lap will start again. In this class, you are only eliminated from the competition if you do not meet the time requirement, and there are no sprint prizes to be won.
The competition will continue as long as the competition class is underway and until 6:52 p.m. at the latest.
Mandatory equipment includes a wetsuit, swimming cap, competition vest, first aid kit, and whistle.
Other permitted equipment follows the ÖtillÖ swimrun rules.
After the competition, there will be an “After race party” at Havsviken's restaurant on the island, where we will socialize, dance, and discuss the competition with each other over food, music, and drinks. This is included for both competitors and the general public.
If you want to stay overnight on the island, there are many options, and reservations can be made via the Dragsö camping website below.
