The Friends Association’s Christmas concert has become a cherished tradition where the Navy Band, together with its audience, brings the year to a close with music that captures the Christmas spirit. We welcome Kristin Amparo as this year’s soloist—one of Sweden’s most versatile and expressive singers. With her powerful voice and personal style, she moves effortlessly between soul, jazz, pop, and musical theater, and in recent years has established herself as a leading artist on the Swedish music scene. Together with the Navy Band, she puts her own spin on Christmas music and performs songs filled with warmth, emotion, and musical energy.
The concert is led by conductor Calle Rasmusson, who, together with the Navy Band and Kristin Amparo, creates an atmospheric prelude to Christmas.
