Closing Ceremony of This Year's World Heritage Festival - Symbio Concert

On Monday, November 2, at 5:30 p.m., this year’s World Heritage Festival will conclude with Symbio—a concert featuring modern folk music and electronic club music by Johannes Geworkian Hellman and Lars Emil Öjeberget.

Welcome to a concert filled with dreamy melodies, hypnotic rhythms, and music that touches the soul. To wrap up this year’s World Heritage Festival, Symbio invites you on a musical journey where tradition meets the present, creating new stories through music.

Symbio is currently one of Sweden’s most active and acclaimed bands on the folk and world music scene. They won the Album of the Year award at the 2023 Folk & World Music Gala and were selected to represent Sweden at WOMEX—the World Music Expo 2023. In recent years, Symbio has toured extensively in 20 different European countries, the U.S., and Canada—and has performed for over 15,000 students in schools throughout Sweden, in collaboration with regional and county music programs.

They’ll be releasing a new album in the fall of 2026!
