Cultural Heritage Days in the Blekinge museum’s storage facility – Cultural Heritage worth preserving
Welcome to Blekinge Museum’s open storage facility, where you can spend the day finding out how we work to protect and manage the museum’s collections.
You can see thousand-year-old artefacts unearthed from the soil of Blekinge, carts from estates and farms, medieval ecclesiastical artefacts, or the museum’s extensive collection of traditional folk boats.
Some items are unique, whilst others are quite ordinary objects that you might
have yourself or have seen at your grandparents’ house.
