On a journey through time from the Stone Age to the present day, you will encounter kings and queens, enemies and defenders, life and death. From dramatic landscape changes and notable events to what everyday life was like for the islanders. Karlskrona's large inlet has long been strategically important and is now part of the Blekinge Archipelago Biosphere Reserve and the World Heritage Site of Karlskrona Naval Town.

Meet at Aspö Boat Club in Lökanabben. The tour takes place outdoors on foot at a leisurely pace in the area between the boat club and Batteri Jutudden. A voice amplifier will be used.

Marine archaeologist Petra Stråkendal is a certified World Heritage guide, biosphere and World Heritage ambassador, and has 25 years of professional experience working with World Heritage sites and Blekinge's cultural environments above and below the surface.
