Welcome to the opening of this year’s World Heritage Festival, as well as the Kultur-AW event and concert featuring Carl-Gustav at the Karlskrona Concert Hall on Friday, October 23, at 5:30 p.m.
5:30 p.m. Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will feature music and ceremonial speeches, and we will present the World Heritage Passionate Advocate Award to an individual who has made significant contributions to our World Heritage site. We will also introduce the artist commissioned to create this year’s award.
6:00–7:30 p.m. Cultural After-Party and Concert with Carl-Gustav
Carl-Gustav is finally returning to Karlskrona! Meet Blekinge’s winner of P4 Nästa Stjärna, who—together with pianist Rasmus Dahlström—invites you to an intimate concert featuring pop music in Swedish. With creative arrangements, powerful lyrics, and over 13,000 plays on Spotify, Carl-Gustav has established himself as one of Blekinge’s most exciting pop acts since his debut last year.
