For the sixth year running, South Sweden Powerboats is organizing the popular and fast-paced boat event Örlogsstaden Poker Run, 31 July - 1 August.

Örlogsstaden Poker Run is a fast-paced and crowd-friendly boat event organized by South Sweden Powerboats in Karlskrona.
During the day, high-performance motorboats from all over Sweden and northern Europe gather to take part in an organized poker run—a joint trip to various stops along the coast where participants collect playing cards. The best poker hand at the finish line wins.
The event offers a unique opportunity to experience spectacular powerboats up close, both at the quay and out on the water. The audience can follow the start, enjoy the sound of the engines and the boat designs, and experience the special atmosphere that arises when enthusiasts and visitors come together around a shared interest. In addition to the race itself, the event offers social activities, networking, and a festive atmosphere in central Karlskrona. The Naval City Poker Run helps put Karlskrona on the map as an attractive destination for maritime events and visitors interested in motorsports.
The event is conducted with a focus on safety, responsibility, and respect for both nature and the environment. For those who want to see the boats, the participants will be at and around the docks at Scandic on Fisktorget for most of Friday, July 31, when boats arrive and dock throughout the day. Some boats will probably arrive on Thursday. On Saturday morning, we will start up around 11 a.m. and then return to Fisktorget in the afternoon around 4-5 p.m.
Free for spectators.
