What is Team Gymnastics?
Team gymnastics is a team sport with men's, women's and mixed classes. Three branches are included in the competition - freestanding, tumbling and stomping. Team gymnastics is characterized by speed, strength, acrobatics at a high level and a collaboration between the 8–12 gymnasts that make up each team. Sweden belongs to the world elite in team gymnastics and the competitions often attract a large and enthusiastic audience.
