Welcome to two flavorful and inspiring evenings at Kastellets Krog! Choose between Beer School & Beer Tasting on Friday, August 21 or Wine School & Wine Tasting on Friday, August 28. Whichever evening you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to discover new flavors, deepen your knowledge, and enjoy a selection of cheese and charcuterie specially chosen to complement the tasting.
Beer School & Beer Tasting – Friday, August 21
Curious about beer and want to learn more about different beer styles, how they are brewed, and what sets them apart? Together with Emil Fridström, brewer at Imperial Brygghus in Karlskrona, we’ll explore the world of beer through a carefully selected range of beers. We’ll cover ingredients, the brewing process, flavors, and how to discover new favorites. Emil will share his passion and extensive knowledge of the craft behind every glass.
Wine School & Wine Tasting – Friday, August 28
Have you ever wondered what influences the taste of a wine, or how to choose the right wine to pair with your food? Patrik Olderius, a certified sommelier, will guide you through the world of wine in a relaxed and inspiring way. We’ll taste three white and three red wines while exploring grape varieties, wine regions, winemaking, and simple tips for choosing the right wine for every occasion. Patrik will also share his experience and practical advice that you can take with you.
Both evenings are suitable for beginners as well as those with a keen interest in beer or wine.
