Boat - Östra Skärgården

Boat - The eastern archipelago. The south-eastern corner of Sweden is a delightful one. Close to land, you pass the big wooded islands which have been agricultural settlements since ancient times. As you reach Inlängan, Stenshamn, Ungskär and Långören, the Baltic Sea stretches as far as the eye can see. The islands and skerries out here are barren but hospitable, and a number of them are inhabited all year round.
