Karlskrona Porcelain Museum
Welcome to Karlskrona Porcelain Museum in the old Porcelain Factory on Östra Hamngatan 7D in Karlskrona! Under the same roof is also Albinsson & Sjöbergs Bilmuseum.
The porcelain factory in Karlskrona was located in the same place as where the museum is today, industrial history at its best.
The collection includes porcelain from the factory's entire production 1918-1968. The exhibition also shows some equipment from the factory's time. Another attraction is the round kiln that remains, in Exhibition Hall A.
New for 2021 is a gallery with art by artists connected to the porcelain museum and Karlskrona.
In 2021, the table settings have a theme, seafood and porcelain, with props from KP and glass by Erik Höglund, who was born in Karlskrona.
This year's theme is "Swedish coffee cups through the ages" and they show cups from Karlskrona Porcelain Factory, Gustavsberg, Rörstrand, Hackefors and others.
