Sup Yoga - Course for beginners


Welcome to a course where you start from scratch with Sup Yoga.

You will be a small group so you will have time to do at your own pace.
You will practice both paddling and yoga.
This course is for those who are beginners or simply want to brush up your skills on the board at a leisurely pace.

Dates and times:
30/6 18.00-20.00
3/7 19.00-20.30
6/7 18.00-19.30

A small coffee is included at each session. Eaten on the board, of course.
You meet at Fisktorget down by the jetty between Scandic and the archipelago boats.

Clothing: Training clothes and preferably a small towel to wipe the board with. Feel free to bring warm clothes and preferably take off your clothes during the session. Feel free to bring extra clothes as well.

The only requirement to participate in the course is that you are able to swim.
In case of bad weather, the course may be postponed. In that case, all registered participants will be notified.
