Themed exhibition - Submarines
Discover life beneath the surface and learn more about the history of submarines, every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. until December 17 at the Naval Museum.
Traveling under the sea was long a dream for many adventurous sailors. Today, it is possible thanks to submarines! Submarines are used in various ways, including listening to underwater sounds along Sweden's coasts, but also as a powerful weapon in war.
How does a submarine actually listen for sounds, and how old is Sweden's first submarine? During the tour, we will also tell you about the museum submarine HMS Neptun, which was active during the Cold War.
