Mature wines with Marcel Vesser


Marcel Vesser comes down from Grythyttan where he is the wine cellar manager at
Grythyttans Gästgiveri. Marcel also runs a wine agency called Grythyttan
Vintage Selection and teaches at Grythyttan Academy. Now we have been honoured to get Marcel down to us to hold a tasting. As usual, the wines he
offers are aged and mature.

30 and 31 May at Havsviken Restaurant

Starter
Créme Ninon, cold green pea soup with Crême Fraiche

Main course:
Oven-baked cod loin with browned butter hollandaise and primers

Mid course
Goat cheese with honey and cumin crackers,

Dessert:
Tart rhubarb pie with yoghurt ice cream

Only 995:- per person.
Limited number of seats to 60 people.
