Nättraby Kyrka


Nättraby Church - is one of the oldest church in Blekinge.

The church is probably built in the later part of 1100-century in Romanesque style, it is built of gray stone and is considered to be Blekinge's oldest church in the same state. For the organ gallery from 1686, is today an outstanding Poul-Gerhard Andersen organ from 1991. Altar Ring dating from 1846. The altar is at its original location, it is solid in gray stone. Baptismal font and pulpit set up in 1692, and 1693 is very beautifully carved in wood. Out at the cemetery is the famous Vittus Andersson buried. The bell tower of wood, stands some 100 meters from the church and is built in 1796.
